Plymouth Tube Company (Plymouth.com), Warrenville, IL announced today that John Petreanu has been named President & CEO, effective September 3rd. Petreanu brings over 30 years of proven leadership experience in medical devices, aerospace and specialty materials. He has held diverse leadership roles including President at life science advisory firm Paltin Partners LLC, President of Scapa Healthcare, and leading Viant Medical’s Advanced Surgical and Specialties division. Earlier leadership roles with GE Specialty Materials, GE Plastics, and Owens Corning focused on the commercial aerospace and specialty materials industries.
Petreanu brings demonstrated strategic leadership in accelerating business growth, optimizing manufacturing networks, and leading research & development through numerous successful new product launches. His Lean Six Sigma and operational expertise further complement his ability to drive process improvements and deliver sustained performance enhancements.
